Another airtight landmark building is finished

One of Tralee´s newest landmark buildings is almost ready for moving in now.

Kerry County Council spent plenty of attention in the revamp (No. 28) and new build (no. 29) of Urban Terrace, Tralee. As a result beside the filling of a landmark site, the new occupants will get a state-of-the-art accomodation with pv solar powered heatpumps, demand controlled ventilation, triple-glazed alu-clad windows and much more. We supplied and installed the complete vapour control membranes and airtight tapes in both houses, to keep the occupants warm and the runnings costs low.
